With thanks to my fellow students I received feedback on the two missing answers I was stuck on. The answer to Q. 17 was ftp client (ohhh... so close). I'm sure that this will get a few people. In respect of Q. 20, apparently it was suppose to be 'dynamic' IP address (did I miss something?... back to the notes!).
